Counselling to Employees

We provide regular seminars and open forums to company employees on the company benefits and other financial matters; a 'one-to-one' service to enable individuals to ask questions privately and obtain advice of a more specific or personal financial nature. It is our experience that this is accepted as a further benefit to the employee. This enhances employee moral, reduces the workload of personnel and/or payroll staff and costs the company nothing.

We provide our clients with a full report on existing policies and current tax position. Contained in our report will be a detailed breakdown of recommendations which will need to be considered in light of the clients present and future aspirations.

Once any recommendations are put in place, Grosvenor Butterworth will monitor all aspects of the client's financial structure and offer further advice and information on aspects of performance and legislation at regular reviews.

As a result of detailed knowledge of a client's finances, we will provide a full service in dealing with a clients tax affairs which is, after all, a pivotal point of any financial strategy.
